Our Front Office Team serves as the first point of contact for parents and schools, ensuring clear communication, efficient coordination, and responsive support. The team works closely with operations, drivers, and coordinators to address enquiries, share timely updates, and ensure a smooth and well-managed school transportation experience.
Oversees daily transport operations by assigning buses and drivers for all routes and trips. Ensures uninterrupted student journeys and manages contingencies by promptly deploying backup vehicles when required, ensuring safety, continuity, and peace of mind for parents and schools.
Act as the primary link between schools, parents, and transport teams. They assign bus monitors, share route details, pickup and drop-off schedules, and ensure timely arrival and departure of buses, maintaining smooth coordination and clear communication at all times.
Highly trained professionals with strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi routes and road safety regulations. Well-uniformed and disciplined, they ensure safe driving practices, punctual service, and full cooperation with bus assistants to maintain a secure travel environment.
Trained and route-certified before assignment, ensuring familiarity with designated areas. Equipped with uniforms and mobile communication, they assist students throughout the journey and remain accessible to parents and schools, with standby staff available to ensure uninterrupted service.
Our Back Office Support Team ensures smooth administrative and financial operations while providing prompt and reliable assistance to parents and schools. Available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the team efficiently handles enquiries, service requests, and coordination. Our accountants maintain accurate financial records and manage quotations, invoices, statements, and required certifications with precision and compliance, while our trained cashiers professionally handle all payment modes, ensuring courteous service and timely processing at every interaction.
In addition to regular home-to-school transportation, we provide safe and reliable bus services for educational field trips, extracurricular activities, and group outings organized by schools. We also offer dedicated transportation for examinations and extra classes, ensuring convenience, punctuality, and comfort for students at all times.
